Salutation (Title) Data Missing from Checkout

J2.5.2 VM 2.0.3E

When you fill in the form 'Bill To..." the salutation (title) drop down is missing any data eg Mr, Ms etc

go to the database find virtuemart_userfield_values and add your own values eg Mr Ms etc (remember to put in the value of virtuemart_userfield_id (ie 10)
