Error Creating Category

VirtuMart Version: 2.0.26d
Joomla Version: 2.5.18.

Hi! Wanted to upload an oversized picture to a category and since that I can not create a new category althoug I resized the picture and deleted the category. Here is the error message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 29232 bytes) in /www/htdocs/w0109ed1/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/helpers/img2thumb.php on line 135
