One product with many options

Hi
I have a tape that may have different text and colors on them. There are different versions 13-14000.
How do I make the easiest to insert this in the VM? The customer should be able to go into the product and search through the text and add to your shopping cart if the customer find just the text they want. Do this and organize? How do the simplest that case?

Custom Attributes, you can pick witch ones you want (ie color) and make the user choose. You can also put a +price for the color or have it for free.
