Main Menu not showing in VM 2

Can someone tell me why my main menu shows on my site, and on VM product pages, but not on subordinate category pages? (I have accessories that are subordinate to a main category).  ...but other modules do show up? Why does my main menu disappear???

---not certain this is a bug or what, but when I assign it to "ALL" it should show up on ALL PAGES, right?

Hi,
This is the joomla modules settings.

You can set on each modules if this are always displayed or not.
If you use the language filter you can set it to be displayed or not with each language.
When you select the module to display in all page then it's always displayed but if you use language filter then it's only displayed on the selected language.
