USPS no bubble box in check out.

Running Joomla 1.5 with virtuemart 1.1.6

USPS installed but when it comes down to check out there is no bubble box for you to chose from!

THis is the last step that is holding us back from using our site.

We are out of testing mode and it should be operational but no selection is available.

Put VirtueMart (not Joomla) in DEBUG mode and run the checkout again.  Make note of any error messages.
