Final Tweeks for VirtueMart Needed

I am looking for someone to resolve a couple of small issues that we have with our site.

(1) Category images not displaying

I am looking for someone to fix these issues for me but at the same time to tell me what files needed to be modified so that I can be self sufficient in the future. I posted these issues in the appropriate topics because I wanted to be able to fix and understand them myself but there was no reply and I need to move on to get the site up and running.

Actually in rethinking this, I would prefer to work with someone at an hourly rate over the next month or so as we continue to add product and finalize our site. I will be needing minor tweeks as we go along and I would rather hire this so that I can focus on just getting the products in.
