Media Rate

I'm shipping books via USPS media rate.

The USPS module is the only shipping module I have enabled.

In the USPS module settings I've selected media rate as the ONLY option available, yet when checking out the only option being offered is flat-rate priority box.

What am I missing here?

We are also not able to get the Media Mail option to show, and we are a bookseller so of course we want to ship our books out using Media Mail.

I'm not sure how to fix this. I can get every other domestic option to show, just not Media Mail.

Also, we cannot get the International shipping rates to show at all.

Very puzzling. I hope someone reads this and has some ideas.

Try selecting the option above or below it.  If I recall correctly, the original version of the module had a weird bug that offset the ID's by one.
