Paypal and transaction .csv

Hi all,
I have a problem.
I'm using virtuemart on a website, and I choose as payment method paypal.
All works fine except when I decide to download the paypal transaction excel (paypal gives this possibility), some data are not in the correct fields.

For example in the .csv field District/Quartier there are the user's zip data, and in the zip/code there is the name of the nation

Inside virtuemart these data are correct but something happpens during these data trasmission between paypal and virtuemart.
What I have to check, it is a well known problem?
Can you give me some advice?
What is the file I have to modify?
