about half the screen space above the fold is taken up by your logo graphic. I have to stroll down to see new products and information about your site.

Your Low Shipping offer and 30 day money back is something that would definitely interest me as  a consumer but that info is buried towards the bottom.

IMHO keep you logo small, show stuff you are offering and what you think makes you better than your competitors right up at the top.

you have probably got 5 seconds to grab my attention so grab it

on your products page - Fubar3 DAC/Headphone Amp, I have to scroll right down to the bottom of the page to add to cart. For one product thats ok, but if I have to keep doing that its a pain. Edit your template and put the add to cart at the top - make it easy for me to buy
