Help!

Hi,

I apologize if this particular problem was posted before, I was trying to search the forums to find a solution.

I am getting these two messages at checkout when trying to use the ups module.

Error: Possible server error! - Permission denied (13)


Error: Internal Error processing the Request to UPS.com

I believe i entered everything in correctly. I am guessing it has something to do with the server i have this installed on.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
