Boat Docks website - went live last week

Im already getting some feedback from customers, half of them like the new site, the other half dont. People in our office say it's hard to use. Any input on this?

I'm not keen on the giant text on the homepage, though. Looks lke it is SHOUTING at me.

Works OK, but with a lot of products I can see that some people will spend a lot of time locating the actual product they need. Maybe make the search box a little more obvious.

The Marco Marine logo - top right- is not a good quality image & could do with improvment.

Overall I like it - I can see a lot of work has gone into producing a quality site.

Wow, you have a lot of products and it is a bit to sort through.  I would skip the flash and the weather in the middle of the page.  Takes up too much front page real estate.  If I want to know the weather I would go to a weather site.  I also agree with jenkenhill that there seems to be too much "screaming" on the front page.

What a project this muct have been.  Overall it is very nice.

I think the flash and weather is taking up space that would be best left alone, the height of the page would then balance out better, it wouldn't look so busy either.
I just find the photo gallery difficult to figure out, overall though I reckon you have done a good job, there's a lot of 'stuff' in there.
