uninstall error - Call to undefined method Joomla\Database\Mysqli\MysqliDriver::

Hi there,

I used a joomla art install with VM , joomla4 name template JA_Vitallity on url https://oostveen.nu
I do not use the VM software so I want to unstall it.

When I try to unstall it I got the error :
" Undefined constant "JPATH_"


So I ask on the forum from joomlart what to do

they made a screenshot from thebug mode , see image in attachement

I try to install VM again from your site the 4.2 version and after that try to unstall again
now I get the error

"Call to undefined method Joomla\Database\Mysqli\MysqliDriver::"

question: What to do to get a clean unstall ?
