Product with fixed one-time price plus recurring price (rent)

Friends,

I'd like to create products with two prices: a one-time price based on size (100,- for size S, 120,- for size M, ..., can be done with standard product variants).
Additionally the product has a monthly service fee, also based on size selected size.
Both need to be visible during checkout. Tried multi-variants, but they end up with a single price.
Any idea how to do this?

I suppose this could be a bundle of two products (which by themselves could not be brought indiviually).
Are product bundles possible with Virtuemart?

That's not possible in the exact manner that you want. You can try the "Product Bundle" type custom field.
