Shipping by Rules Plugin for J4?

I am using open tools plugin right now, but it is not compatible with Joomla 4.
Does anyone know a plugin that is?

I have already VirtueMart 4.2.0 10905 installed but still do not see it somewhere in there.

I see. Open Tools is still open tools, but now part of VM. That was confusing, but thanks.
