Table rate for shipping for Joomla 4.x and VM 4.x

Hello, I have to setup a table rate for shipping with some rules.

Ex.
from 0 to 5 Kg = shipping cost € 15,00
from 5,1 to 10 Kg = shipping cost € 25,00

...and so on.

I found "Advanced Shipping by Rules Plugin for VirtueMart" by Open Tools but they advise they've stopped developing.

Do you have any suggestion?
