SEF canonical link is wrong

Hi,
on our site Joomla 4.1.5 and VM 4.06 we got the following problem.
We are using SEF and many of our products are in more than one category.
To prevent double content we use the canonical category.
But the canonical category doesn't work.
The link in canonical category is not the selected, it ist the link of the active category.
Here an example:
https://neu.willecke.de/standardgeraete/hubwagen/gabelhubwagen-details
<link href="https://neu.willecke.de/standardgeraete/hubwagen/gabelhubwagen-details" rel="canonical">
https://neu.willecke.de/standardgeraete/hubwagen/manuelle-hubwagen/gabelhubwagen-details
<link href="https://neu.willecke.de/standardgeraete/hubwagen/manuelle-hubwagen/gabelhubwagen-details" rel="canonical">
But both of them should be <link href="https://neu.willecke.de/standardgeraete/hubwagen/gabelhubwagen-details" rel="canonical">

When I use the non SEF URL I can see it depends on the ItemID.
Changing the ItemID the canonical link changes too.

Does somebody has the same issue?
