Last week we discuss on the Joomla Cafe about php 8.1 and Joomla and 3d party app (etc. Phoca Gallery) and result was - nothing function and lot of errors.

And this week you go and put VM to PHP 8.1 and send info about erorr  Because you have hosting with PHP8.1 isn't it.

These are just minor PHP error messages in Apache.


Overall Joomla in its basic version works fine. The only problem with PHP 8.1 is the old modules and components.
The entire Virtuemart package and some new additions from breakdesign work very well with the latest PHP.

On my server I am testing the site on PHP: 7.4.3, 8.0.21, 8.1.8
