Category and products not visible

Hello.

Just installed VM4 on J4.
I created a category layout menu and added 2 categories and a couple of products to VM.
As I click on the menu voice nothing appears. It says "No records".

Where do I worng?

check your VM cat and config template settings .. display subcats, display products etc etc .. there are a lot of settings

Ok the problem was that the categories were not published.
Now I did it and they are visibile but as I click on them no products are dislpayed.
Any idea? This time I can assure products are published...

Ok it seems a template issue.
If I change template items are visible...

JA Elicyon version 2.1.1:

Thank youk, anyway there is something new i just realized.

If I switch to Cassiopeia template, "featured products" or "latest products" are visible BUT it finds NO RECORDS anyway!!

So it shows items only because they are "featured" or "latest" but there is not a list of products.

It says "Nessun record trovato" which means "No record found".

So it is not just a problem of JA Elicyon since even with Cassiopeia it shows items only if they are featured or due to the fact they are the latest inserted!

Any idea on how to solve this problem?

Where is setup for your categories?

Here is some part of configuration that maybe can be userful.
I notice that the description of the category is shown but not the products.

also all looks correct...

it can only be a config issue as on my J4/VM4 installs there is no problem with product displays ...  recheck everything is my only advice...

The responsible of the template updated it and now "Featured" and "Latest" are visible.
Unfortunately are still not visible the "normal" records and he says is a problem of VM.
This because also with Cassiopeia basic template they are hidden.

Have you got any idea?
