Update our existing shipstation plugin

We have had a shipstation plugin custom built before.   

We are having an intermittent issue with shipstation posting to virtuemart.    Some orders do not send the "shipped" status back nor the tracking number.   

"You must write ContentLength bytes to the request stream before calling [Begin]GetResponse.

We are looking for a long term relationship with a developer as we have other Joomla / Virtuemart / Java requests.
