usergroups table includes incorrect data

Today I upgraded VM to 4.0.0, using Joomla 3.10.8. I received the following error message: Serious security issue detected: Your #__usergroups table includes incorrect datas
Please advice.

This happens usually with old installations. Just edit a joomla user group and store it. It should reorder your table and make it secure again. I changed the note for the next version.
