Add a fields in cart module

I have this need:
When a user is in the cart I would like to be able to add a checkbox where he can choose the gift box for my product that adds for example 3 euros to the total cost.

I managed to do it with the custom fields but he shows it to me only under the products, but it would be useful for me in the cart. Do you think it's possible? Thank you so much.

I have done this with some code in the cart that is basically a link to add a (in your case a €3 product) named gift wrapping and some JS

the code is done in the cart over ride and a new additional template
