I have a problem with the 'Add to cart' popup could someone help me with this?

Hi, I have Joomla 3.9.8 and Virtuemart 3.8.4 10335 installed and I have a problem with the add to cart popup window.

have already tried a number of things on this forum but that does not work for me

can someone help me fix it?

Looks like a js error linked to Your template. Check Your console for js error and talk to Your template supplier.

Öhhh, Do not understand if this tool is telling anything of relevance in this case.

Use F12 and choose console, empty history and click add to cart ....

otherwise is it not possible to disable the popup window?

If You say that do not get any js error, You may not have any issue with this.

I just tried https://www.fotocuijk.nl/shop/ and it looks like you have turned the popup off as it adds to cart OK.

For those who don't know how to turn off the popup the switch is "Display modal popup upon 'Add to cart'" on VM/Configuration/Checkout
