Amazon Pay - Address and customer name incomplete (invoice, emails)

Hi all,

for quite a long time I have the problem that address data from orders, paid with Amazon Pay, are not processed correctly and completely.
That means that although all the order data (full address, customer name) is saved correctly in the system, it's incomplete in the emails and invoice the system creates.
Only the first name is shown in the invoice and emails.
I have customized the invoices and emails but I didn't modify any php stuff but only some CSS.

The problem appears only for orders with Amazon Pay.
Everything else (PayPal, ...) works correctly and sends out complete mails and invoices.

When I check the orders in the VirtueMart section, everything is complete.
If I generate the invoice from there, it's incomplete. Delivery note is complete.
No errors in the Amazon Pay log in order details.

I attached a screenshot of my Amazon Pay configuration in VirtueMart.
I already checked the log file and there's no error related to payment (only a few about max_execution_time).

Joomla version: 3.8.13
VirtueMart version: 3.4.2
Amazon Pay plugin "VM Payment - Pay with Amazon", version: 3.2.12

I know I'm not using the latest versions but the problem is there since I started using Amazon Pay (for about one year) and I had the latest updates for quite a long time. Didn't help though.
