Latest Actions Log name convention

Minor one: the User Actions Log is inconsistent as to whether it refers to the user by Name or Login Name. In my example, all entries used the Login Name, except when I cleared the Joomla cache and it used the Name.

This looks like a Joomla issue. Clearing the cache it not a VM action.
