Calculation variations based on custom options?

Hi,
I have to setup a site that has a product that has several options.  The prices vary with each option, but so does the discount amount.  Eg

Product base price is $99
Discount 90% = $9.95

Option1: base $199, discount roughly 75% = $49.95
Option2: base $129, discount roughly 92% = 9.95

etc.

Is there a way or suggestions on how I can achieve this?
