Quantity over max: Notice every second time

Hello,

For some products I have set a maximum order quantity. When doing this:

1. add product to cart
2. go to cart
3. enter quantity over max, update

This happens: Quantity is set to max quantity. Fine.

But do step 3 again, enter quantity over max, update: Quantity is set to max quantity AND a warning message appears:
"Notice: Product quantity successfully updated - The maximum order level for this product is 10 items."

Repeat the process, it will show the notice every second time.

I tried this in the official demo, http://demo.virtuemart.net. I got the notice to show only once, but could not repeat it. Not the regular pattern as on my shop. Anyway, the notice should appear every time, I think.
