Product details sef urls

Hello forum,
i can't understand why product details page has a not sef url: https://www.visionexperience.eu/component/virtuemart/vanni-occhiali/vs1305_a111305?Itemid=1210
As you can see in breadcrumb category is "VanniOcchiali" which is a category menù item..
What is missing?

A late reply, but apparently you didn't solve it yet. Most likely your non-sef url is stored in cache, because the sef url for that product does work, too. Try to clear all Joomla and VM cache.
If that doesn't fix it, remove the content of the 'alias' field in the 'Product Edit' view and save the product again.
