Installation Errors VM 3.2.12

"Row size too large" Error installing VM 3.2.12 on a Joomla 3.8.5

PHP-Version    5.6.33, Webserver    Apache,   PHP-Interface für den Webserver    cgi-fcgi, Joomla!-Version    Joomla! 3.8.5 Stable
It was a stable running Joomla Installation with template etc., so I tried second to install the vm Full-Demo with joomla and vm into a new Directory.
This produces a "Cannot Create table" with phpadmin shown state "no rights". Closing phpadmin and new open, there are all rights and I can create new table?
Is there a problem with Mysql Version or PHP Version ?
