Module to output based on product ID in cart

Hello,

I am looking to test the cart for certain ID's and then create output based on the results.

The output part is fine and I was going to make a simple module to handle it. What I need is a function to get the ID's in the cart when it loads - I'm not worried about quantity.

Does anybody know the function I need?
