VMShipment is missing -> how to install?

I upgraded to 3.2.12 (Joomla 3.8.3)

One shipping method is not working anymore, VMShipment. Looking at the extensions, it is completely missing.

Now this customer does his own maintenance, so we're not sure what happened ....

But how can I re-install VMShipment?

Sounds like for some reason it was uninstalled?  Try using Joomla's extensions manager to install the aio component, com_virtuemart.3.2.12.9708_ext_aio.zip from http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/files

I assumed that you meant that you looked using ftp and the VM standard plugin is missing. What about the backend - Does "VM Shipment - by weight, ZIP & countries"  appear in Shipment method list and in the available selection in the Shipment Method Information tab?  If so then you have a configuration issue. then check your settings carefully, maybe the country needs setting.
