Problems with confirmation link for new user and missing notification for new o

I´ve installed VirtueMart 3.0.18 to Joomla 3.8.2.
I´ve two problems that are new for me.

1.
The activation code sent from the shop to new new registred user (costumer) don´t work.
If a new user add a registration from Joomla Login form it works OK. So the problem is in Virtuemart.

2.
The message with new order is not send to the administrator and even the confirmation with order is not send to the costumer.

Until now I didn´t have this problems.
What have I done wrong?

Can anybody can help me, please?

You should uodate VirtueMart - see http://virtuemart.net/news/480-security-release-of-joomla-3-7-be-prepared  Current VM version is 3.2.8.
