Can't add multiple countries to be valid for payment plugin

Hi,
I have an issue with payment plugins. I can't save multiple countries to be valid for the payment plugin. I can add the countries (multiple or even ALL), but when I save, only 1 country is saved...

Any suggestions why this is happening?
