Hide shipping and payment method in a multilingual shop

Hello

I have Joomla 3.8 and Virtuemart 3.2.4. I have a multilingual shop (Greek and English). I want when English is chosen as language at the site one of the shipping method and payment method to be hidden.
Also I have the Shipping by rules plugin but it doesn't work. I put one rule for Europe and a rule for US and doesn't show it as option at all.

I think from memory if the translation of a ship or pay method is missing it doesn't show up.. so maybe this can be used as a possibility? (try removing the translation in the table)

shipping by rules is from alatak.net, but can be contacted by the virtuemart extensions i think.
The shipping filter by country not by language, so you have to integrate geolocalisation, if you want that anonymous only see right shipments.
But if you have set a shipment only for some country, it should not display, if use have not set country in the adress.
Note that this behavior can change with some OPC plugins.
