Add additional email to invoice creation

Hello Forum :

I have a storefront using Joomla 3.7.4 running VZM 3.2.4 that contains various brick and mortar stores as log-in customers (shoppers). So they get an invoice (receipt) after and order & I get the order confirmation. I have also created a shopper field (custom) that contains the regional manager's email address (manager-email) for each store (shopper). So how can I send a copy of the order to the regional manager after ordering without writing a rule @ the mail server level. I simply want to cc the regional in the mail scripting. Where can I do that ??
