PRODUCT ASKQUESTION EMAIL LINK ERROR

When I recive a email from Ask Question form the link to product is not correct:
not correct:
index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=productdetails&virtuemart_product_id=1023&Itemid=928
correct:
index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=productdetails&virtuemart_product_id=1023&Itemid=423

the itemid 928 is worng the itemid 423 is correct.

My PHP now version is 5.6.31 (I have tested the 7.0 but ther's big problem with error manager) and Joomla 3.7.5  I have finde the problem. Is's in menù item id if disable and Joomla as associated the product category.
