Some errors in italian provinces

Hello,
I have some proposal for corrections/adds in the "__virtuemart_states" table (WHERE `virtuemart_country_id`='105')
Is there a standard way to do this in order to avoid repeating the same correction for every store I start build?

Ok, I hope so.
The correction is on the country_id = 105 and state_id = 318. The state_name Vibo Valenzia is incorrect. The correct name is "Vibo Valentia".

Moreover for the country_id = 105 is needed the creation of an italian province named Barletta-Andria-Trani having this set of data:
state_name = Barletta Andria Trani
state_3_code = BAT
state_2_code = BT
