How can I skip collecting billing and shipping information?

I only need to sell online access to quizzes from quizdeluxe, they do not need shipping details. Also I do not want to collect any credit card information on site as I want to redirect them to PayPal. How can I get rid of the billing and shipping details for my users. This is an extra step that bothers them and me.
