Datepicker, multilingual not working correctly plus some feature wishess

Hello Development Team,

I use the datepicker in a custom field for delivery dates.

On VM 3.2.2 / Joomla 3.7.2 / PHP 5.6.30, the datepicker is always shown in English. I found this solution:

It works perfectly. Will it be implemented in the next version?

Features wishes:
1) possibility block dates in the past
2) minimum date today plus x days
3) set 2) as the default, not "never" (a bit silly for a delivery date, isn't it?)
4) possibility to block weekend days
