Enable Automatic Selected Shipment Not Working

Hi all, for about 2 weeks i have a problem with "Enable Automatic Selected Shipment" and "Enable Automatic Selected Payment". I have VirtueMart 3.2.0 and 3.6.5 Stable. I have "Enable Automatic Selected Shipment" and nothing is selected by default on cart, if i make a refresh the Selected payment and shipment appears. I have disable many modules and plugins and i test the site with the default theme but the problem remains. If anyone want i can give the site url to test the problem.

Have u tested on a standard (no over rides) template like protostar?
