Buckaroo payment methods not work properly on my site

Hello sir,

my site on joomla version 3.6.4 and virtuemart version 3.0.18. I enable Buckaroo payment gateway for iDeal Method. Now if using this payment gateway user make order and make payment on payment gateway site after as merchant i not received succeffully make payment mail also user return back on my site then also order status not make confirm and generate invoice for this order. From my site i configure as per payment gateway guide and set order status option also when payment successfully done on payment gateway site.

so sir i am liter bit worry about this payment gateway because in holland most of people use iDeal and it's cousing this problem due to my customer not come on site . Please anyone have any solution then guide me so i come out from this problem.

Have you asked the payment plugin developer?

Hello jenkinhill,

sorry sir but this plugin is inbuilt plugin with virtuemart. we not installed any 3 rd party plugin. so which plugin developer i ask ?  generally we use this and it's work fine but from last 2-3 month this issue is happen so i am worried what is going wrong now?. If anyone have any idea or faced like same problem then please guide me to short out this issue.
