Discount ignored by paypal unless 'Apply no rule' is set in product

Hi, when in products' information you set price overrides and check 'overwrite final' then discounts are applied correctly in cart total but Paypal will ignore discounts UNLESS you select 'Apply No rule' in product final price.
More precisely Paypal will charge the 'cost price' instead.

In particular if you leave 'Apply standard rules' Paypal will charge a different price then the cart total.
This is obviously a bug

I haven't checked with VM 3.018.x but I think that you will find the same behaviour.
