Those language keys belong to the Joomla language files. Check if there is a Joomla update for the italian language available.

The language keys and strings are in thise files:
...5\language\en-GB\en-GB.lib_joomla.ini
...\administrator\language\en-GB\en-GB.lib_joomla.ini

If not, you can add the language keys and strings to the italian language Joomla site and admin override files.
