Invalid address problem

I bought recently JaCargox template on JoomlaArt and in quickstart package has installed Virtuemart. I could not properly configure Virtuemart and I did uninstall and install components again.
Now I was able to do a complete configuration but I still have two problems.
1. When I try to do the registration of new users in Virtuemart I get the following error: Invalid address: Stefijano d.o.o. (Registration was successful and the user appears in the backend)
2. When I try to checkout as existing users get the same error: Stefijano d.o.o. (Order appears in the backend, but no email)

How can I solve this problem?

You website shows that you are using template overrides for VM, so test by switching to the Protostar template in case the provided overrides are not compatible with current Joomla/VM versions.
