Shipment method - cost on request

I have a several defined shipment methods. For the last one, I would like to be (shipment on request) because in some cases isn't posible to define shipment cost, so I would contact buyer after order for this information. Temporarily cost for this method is 0,00 and the description of the method is something like "shipment cost will be calculated later..."
How can I solve it or at least remove 0,00 (cost for this method)?
