Products missing in administration after migration - but visible on site

Hi,

I migrated Virtuemart 1 to VM3.0.18 using Daycounts migrator. Now there is this strange issue -  there are 1366 products in db having record in all VM products tables: http://imtp.me/bwd902lj3.p
they are even visible in front-end:

(these blue dresses, example id 1156)

but in product list in Virtuemart there are only 1327 products http://imtp.me/bwda02lj3
and 1156 and couple others are missing completely...

Any  ideas why this could be happening, please?
