VM does not redirect to Paypal after checkout confirmation

I use Joomla 2.5.4   PHP 5.2.17  VirtueMart 2.0.6 
Website referred to www.orderonline.net.au

After confirming the order on the checkout the cart says "Please wait while redirecting to Paypal"  but it sits there and does not direct to Paypal. Does anyone have a suggestion regarding a fix please?

I am very grateful for anyones help with regards to this issue.

I have scoured Google, and this Forum for a solution to the Cart not directing to Paypal and there is no solution.  It seems the issues are many an varied and if you are unlucky enough like me to have this issue then your Screwed!!!   Incidently I have another Joomla website 2.5.3 with Virtuemart installed as a test and it seems to work fine but the site where I decided to install it live I upgraded Joomla to 2.5.4 and what do you know Virtuemart does not work properly.   
1) The Cart does not redirect to Paypal, it just sits there.
2) The Override price option allows you to deselect it but when you save the Overide price option is reselected.

Yes Fun isn't it!!!  What to do????    I have tried selecting and deselecting many options within Joomla, and Virtuemart but nothing has made a difference so far. 
I am extremely Anxious about getting this to work, if anyone has a solution or suggestion I will be extremely grateful.

There are quite a few options that can affect your paypal transition.
* We need to see your configuration or of paypal - take an image of your set up. two images and post them.

Then ?? I went to test purchase from the usa ? the product was - "minus"" - $37.00 so there is some issue with a tax setting ?

* also your PHP is too low 5.2  ?? should be 5.3 theer has always been issues with the lower PHP setting. Your provider should fix this easily.

* But your images first - and set a  product for $1.00 first to test your site

* also if you used he report button . that is only to report abuse or a specific request. don't report your own issue.

For anyone to test your site give us a country and a zip code so we can see what happens

Answer = I am unsure of the config set up screens you referred to, so I have attached what I thought you were asking for,  please elaborate if you need further information.

Answer = I have set the Tax to "Apply no rule"  as I am currently exempt from GST in Australia and I am not required to apply this to my charges.

Answer = I will address this with my provider within the next 24-48 hours

* But your images first - and set a  product for $1.00 first to test your site
Answer = I have added a "Test" product for $1.00 listed in the "Bangles" Category.  Please also login with userid = "testuser'  Password = "testuser"

* Also if you used he report button . that is only to report abuse or a specific request. don't report your own issue.
Answer = I am unaware of reporting abuse or otherwise with regards to my post on Virtuemart, and I have not done this with any intention.

*For anyone to test your site give us a country and a zip code so we can see what happens
Answer = The "testuser" login above has an address for Australia zip code = 5000

mmm.

OK I'm australian too.  Your paypal setting?  this might be strange question but do you have the your paypal email address actually typed into the system and saved.

In the configuartion setting in paypal.

Your image does not show a paypal address and if you delete it then the system puts a fake  one in there to ensure the process happens.?

I removed it from the image to prevent spam, and thought after that I should have mentioned, sorry for not telling you. 
Were the images what you wanted to see?

OK you have an embedded site in ..planetbiz.com.au/


I think it is just not picking up your site to move to paypal - if you add the extension .planetbiz.com.au/  It should still work .

But this is your starting issue.    I have done sites like this before - maybe paypal does not like to be embedded? and some script they have stops you embedding their sites.

Try and put paypal in a site ( a simple embedded frame )  just on its own and see what happens. see if you an move around the site.

I upgraded the Joomla version of Planetbiz.com.au to 2.5.4 and Virtuemart works fine.  Orderonline.net.au is redirected to a subdomain of planetbiz and this is causing the issue, many thanks for looking at this for me. 
I think my only solution is to change the zone settings for orderonline to point directly to that location.  I am also open to further suggestions regarding this.

Good hope that helpeda little -- also -

go to your countries and turn off all the ones you do not use.

I have only australia  set - and then turn off all your taxes - you don't need to show that in any good sold in Australia . Just do your bas at the end of the month.

so no settings of taxes show. - not needed on australian site-

* even if they buy overseas then who cares the purchase price must include the GST on all product sold.

I disabled URL cloaking and it works, I have also disabled the countries etc that I am not using, many thanks again.

I am having the same problem which just began. Where did you disable url cloaking?
