vmError: COM_VIRTUEMART_TITLE_TOO_LONG on saving

hi,

i get the following message on saving a product "vmError: COM_VIRTUEMART_TITLE_TOO_LONG". But the product is saved and the title is shorter than others, where when saving there is no message thrown.

What could be the reason for this?

Versions are the latest, both joomla and VM3.

Which name do you use? it could be a multibyite issue. So maybe your name has a lot special signs like öäüß

Ive just seen this issue this evening after upgrading to the latest version of VM. The products already exists and the error occurred when I tried to update a product price.
