Install virtumat as extention

Hello,
I try to work trough virtumat with Joomla 3.5.1. wit h a tutorial. But I have already problems on the very beginning: I can not install virtumat with a free web space provider producing the fault (the same as my paid provider)

when I try to install virtumat 3.0.14 on my paid provider I get a similar error message:

your hosting specs aren't adequate..   get a better host or u can try to install manually by ftp to temp etc
