Problem display of detailed orders

Good morning,
I have a problem with the display of detailed orders of a general user who is registered at the time of purchase.
Payment paypal works fine but when paypal redirect me to my site the buyer order and its details are not displayed properly....also not the buyer gets the email with attached the order invoice.
What can I do?
What should I set up?

VirtueMart 3.0.12
