i need Modify shopping cart steps

I need to put the option between ticket and invoice and depending on which one I see the information I need to fill out

This can be done through some pluging or you would have to enter it directly from the code, where? and how? someone knows?

You can select what to show in product , in cart view, required or not, show titles or not, and you can overide the design if needed...

I think it's not what I'm looking for, it's not inside the product that I need this the option of ticket and invoice, it's an option that should appear in the steps of shopping cart

I don't think this has anything to do with "tickets" -- do you mean a payment option for invoice?
